The following are the terms and conditions of the "Wink’s First Time Deposit Offer" (the "Promotion") on http://www.winkbingo.com/ (the "Wink Bingo Website"). The Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited (the “Company”), the operator of the Wink Bingo Website. Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

• This promotion is valid until 19.11.18.
• To be eligible for the Promotion you must:
  1. be a new customer and not have registered and/or deposited with Wink Bingo before;
  2. deposit a minimum of £10 and wager a minimum of £10 on any game on the Wink Bingo Website other than one of the Excluded Games listed below within 7 days of depositing. Wagering with bonus funds does not count; and
  3. comply with these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion consists of:
  1. a bingo bonus of 300% of your deposit (for example, if you deposit £20 and wager £10 or more of this deposit, you will receive a £60 bonus) up to a maximum of £200; and
  2. 1,000 Wink Rewards, which can be converted into a range of bonuses, including Games Bonuses, Bingo Bonuses, Bonus Combos, Free Spins & Bingo Tickets. If you redeem Wink Rewards for a bonus, bingo tickets or free spins, the terms that relate to that bonus, bingo ticket offer or free spins will apply.
• You must claim the 300% bingo bonus and 1,000 Wink Rewards within 7 days of them being granted to you, otherwise they will expire.
• For the purposes of this Promotion, the games listed in the casino tab on the Wink Bingo Website are all “Excluded Games” (and are, for the avoidance of doubt, all roulette games, blackjack games, or video pokers, and the Wheel of Light and Deal or No Deal games).

 300% Bingo Bonus Terms

• Subject to the terms below, you will be granted a bingo bonus of 300% of your first deposit (up to a maximum of £200) upon wagering £10 or more on any game other than an Excluded Game within 7 days of depositing.
• Any bingo bonus will be credited in bingo bonus funds to your bingo bonus bankroll immediately upon you wagering £10 or more. Bingo bonus funds cannot be converted to real money and can only be used to buy additional bingo cards.
• Real money winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your real money bankroll. Bingo bonus winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your bingo bonus bankroll.
• Bingo Bonus wagering requirements: If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before fulfilling the following wagering requirements you will lose all bingo bonus funds: you must wager 2 times the total amount of the deposit used to obtain the bingo bonus plus the bingo bonus funds received from that deposit (for example, if you deposit £10 and get a £30 bingo bonus, you must wager £80). Wagering must be done on bingo games only and only wagering with bingo bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.

• As part of the Promotion you will receive 1,000 Wink Rewards upon wagering £10 or more on any game other than an Excluded Game within 7 days of depositing.

General

• If you do not log in to your account for a period of 90 days, your Wink Rewards and bingo bonus and any related winnings where the wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, shall be forfeited by you.
• Withdrawing funds: Your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our Withdrawal Policy.
• Wagering order: when purchasing a bingo card, real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
• Participation in this Promotion and the activities and games offered on the Wink Bingo Website is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides, a player cannot enter this Promotion or play on the Wink Bingo Website under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age ('Legally of Age'). A player may be asked at any stage to provide the Company or a third party with satisfactory proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify a player from participation in the Promotion and/or winning any of the bonuses.
• Except as stated above, none of the bonuses granted under this Promotion may be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party.
• The Company restricts participation in the Promotion to one person for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
• In exceptional cases the Company may suspend the Promotion, conclude the Promotion before the end of the advertised promotion period, or extend the promotion period of the Promotion.
