ONE-BOWL CHOCOLATE BREAD RECIPE
3 Large room temperature eggs
1.5 Cups of sugar
3.5 Cups of self-raising flour
2.5 Cups of chocolate chips
2.5 Cups of sour cream
Preheat the oven to 345°. Beat the eggs, sugar and sour cream until blended. Gradually stir in the flour bit by bit. Start to pour in the chocolate chips then transfer to a greased medium sized loaf pan.
Bake for around 60 minutes - test to see if fully cooked by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the loaf. If the pick comes out clean, it is ready to come out of the oven.
Leave to cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
