A display showing the next game to be played will include details such as the pattern type, card value and remaining time before the game starts. Look at the pattern and card value and then click once you decide on playing the game.
24 randomly generated online bingo cards will be issued to you; they will be displayed on the screen in batches of six cards at a time. To scroll through all of the 24 cards, use the left and right arrow buttons at the top left of the card display area. The current batch will be shown in the navigation panel as for example "cards 6-12". In order to select or deselect a card, just click anywhere on the card. The number of cards you have selected will be displayed on the navigation panel on the left of the screen. 
If you are not satisfied with the cards issued to you, simply click the "Get New Cards" button located the top of the card display area. This will provide you with new randomly generated unselected cards. The game could also automatically select cards for you, saving you clicking and scrolling between individual cards. You can auto select 6,12,18,24 or the maximum number of cards allowed.
Happy with your selected cards? Click on the "Buy Selected Cards" button on the navigation panel. This will buy your selected cards. Please remember that purchases are not refundable. Each purchased card will display a card number at the bottom of the card. The navigation panel will show the amount of purchased cards you have for the upcoming game. The top of the screen will show the number of players, jackpot and time remaining before the game begins.
Click the sound icon button to toggle the sound on and off.

Click "Banking" in order to fund your account.
The screen will announce that a game is about to begin. The game screen will display the cards you have purchased in batches of 6 (assuming more than 6 cards have been purchased). Scroll between cards by clicking the left and right arrow buttons at the top of the card area. The current batch of cards is also displayed as, for instance "cards 1-6 of 9". 
The top of the screen shows how many people are playing and the current jackpot of the game. You can toggle the "Show from 3tg" (three numbers to go before your card has bingo) by clicking the OPTIONS button at the top right of the card display area. After selected, all cards with 3, 2 or 1 number to go will be indicated. 
In order to toggle the Autodauber, simply click on the "Autodauber" button in the OPTIONS menu. When it is on, the game automatically marks or "daubs" your card every time your numbers are called out. When this button is off, your card numbers are not automatically daubed, so you can mark them manually by clicking the number on the card. 
Called numbers are marked in pink if they form part of the required Bingo pattern for the current game played. Bear in mind that whether you daub the numbers or not, and how you daub them has no effect on the game outcome. IF YOU HAVE A WINNING BINGO CARD YOU WILL ALWAYS WIN!

When the game starts, a slight pause will occur before the balls are called out.After being randomly drawn, the balls are shown at the top left of the screen, accompanied by a speaking voice announcing the numbers.
You may choose to have the sound off or on by clicking the "sound" icon/button.
Each ball called is displayed on the bingo board, and the last 5 calls are displayed to the left.
At the end of the game, "BINGO!" will be announced and the winning alias(es) is/are presented. When you win, your winnings will automatically be added to your account. The game will then automatically return to the next game screen after a short time, or after you click "OK".

The text of the conversations between the people in your chat room will be displayed in the message window. Aliases of the other people who are also chatting are displayed at the bottom left of the screen. You can choose to mute/un-mute (stop / start) the chatter by clicking on the button to the right of the name of the chat room you're in at the top of the message window.
To send a chat message, simply enter the text in the "send" box and press "Enter" or click the "send" arrow button. You can also send quick abbreviated messages by clicking on the abbreviation buttons.
Clicking on "CLEAR" will clear the message window.

Unfortunately not. In keeping things fair, all cards are randomly generated at the time you request them.
If you do not like the numbers of your issued cards, you can simply click the GET NEW CARDS button to get issued with a new batch.

You can request a payout at any time from the banking section of the members area. Your payout request will be processed after 48 hours. You can also cancel a payout request at any time within 48 hours.
