If you are a beginner then you should start with drawing your legs far apart but your soles should touch each other and you should face in front and your back facing the wall and you should sit and you hands should be folded like you are giving a prayer. This will complete your positive flow of energy around your body.
Reiki lowers high blood pressure and it decreases your ageing process. Practice it in a quite room and shut your eyes from disturbing sites. Meditation does not completely eliminate stress but it helps us to cope with stress which will make our lives a lot easier. It helps us to grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually and thus frees us from all types of different illnesses.
