Snowball – A classic

Ingredients:

Warninks Advocaat – 2 measures
Lemonade – top up
Lime cordial – 0.25 measures

Method:

You need to pour the Advocaat and the lime cordial inside a shaker and shake it well together. After this you pour the mixture onto a high ball which is ice filled and then you top this off with the lemonade.

Candy Cane Special

Ingredients:

Cranberry juice – 3 oz
Grenadine – 0.5 oz
Infusions Raspberry Vodka – 1 oz
Lemon Soda or Lime Soda

Method:

You need a martini glass for making this. Now I’m sure you’ve heard about rimming a glass with salt, in this case you need to use crushed candy cane pieces. You thing is what you need to do to make the drink. Fuse together the raspberry vodka, a few peppermint schnapps, the juice and also the grenadine on a shake and you also need to put some ice in this cocktail shaker.

Method:

New Year Sparklers

Ingredients:

Passion fruit Vodka – 1 oz
Pomegranate Juice – 1.5 oz
Champagne – 3.5 oz
Raspberries – 6

Method:

Mix all of the vodka and the cranberry juice in a champagne flute which is chilled and then you use the champagne to top this off. Then you have to use a raspberry tree to garnish this. It is very simple to make this tree, you just need a skewer and then you put the raspberries into it.

Ingredients:

Citrus Vodka – 2 oz
Triple Sec – 1 oz
Cranberry juice – 1 oz
Lemon soda
Lime juice

Method:

Combine the triple sec, vodka and the juice in a cocktail shaker and then put lots of ice in it. You need to shake this well and then you strain it into a glass which has ice in it. Use the soda and the lime juice after this and you are done.
