• You can even try and use papers which are light in color. This way if you have bold writing in different colors they will stick out. It will also be able to catch the attention of the people.

• Before you get the final print out make sure that you get a test flyer. You can put it up your wall and think about how it looks there and then you make the changes.

You can make your wood table top look expensive without spending a bit of money. All you need is a bit of low cost wood which has a stain and also a laminate finish and you will have your expensive looking table top. These tips will help you make one.

• Sand your wood surface and also wipe the dust away with a cloth.

• Stain your wood. Apply it using a foam brush and wipe the excess of it away using a cloth immediately. You can even buff up the surface using a clean cloth till you see that the color has become even and then you let it dry overnight.

• Then you mix the resin and the hardener and make sure they you measure in exact amounts, as stated. Then you pour the hardener into a bucket and then the resin. Mix it using a stick till you see that the cloudy white look clears away. Keep scraping the sides of the bucket. This will take you 5 minutes

• Then apply your first coat. This is called a seal coat. Make sure you wear safety apparatus for this. brush it on as a thin layer and make sure that it is smooth and no bubbles are there. Let this try. If there are bristles which comes loose remove it

• Then you need to put on a second coat. This is called a flood coat. You need to pour a small amount of the mixture in the center of the wood. Then you let the resin run over the edges. You also need to use a clean brush or you can use a squeegee in order to spread the resin out in an even coat.

• Apply at least two or three layers of this till you get the look that you want. Each layer should have a 1/8 inch coat. Then the coat needs to dry and it will take around 10 hours. Then you apply another coat and let that coat try. Then you have to sand it and finally you remove the dust using a clean cloth.

• You can also cure the resin by simply letting it dry and then by keeping it clean and completely dust free. This will take you three days.

• You can take a walk for just 5 minutes. All you have to do is get up from your cubicle or chair and walk around the rest of the office or the various floors in your office. You need to get the blood in your legs and back flowing. You can even go to the rest room. This way you break up the workflow and this will help to get you focused again and it helps to distress you quite an extent.

• You can even get your iPod to work. Sometimes you will find that offices have rules about not playing music while at work or even listening to your iPod. But you will find that just a 3 minute song will provide you with relief from stress for the rest of the entire day. You can either listen to it during your break or when you work you can plug the earphones in.

• You can even take a picture that you like with you. If you have a special picture you will be able to look at it and reflect on special memories. You even get a boost of energy from the feeling that you get by looking at that picture.

• Finally you can sometimes reflect on why you are doing the job. What matter to you at the end of the day. This way you will be able to feel less upset about things once you see the bigger picture.
