Exfoliation Explained

The simplest form of exfoliation is the use of a pumice stone. People often scrub their feet with a pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin there. It is recommended that the skin on the feet is moist before one uses a pumice stone.

If you want to use a scrub for exfoliation, it is best to use a scrub which has both sugar and fruit extracts such as pineapple. Apply them in the desired area gently and then clean the area by rinsing with water; pat dry with a towel. It is important to remember that the scrub should not have any abrasive material. The Importance of A Nutritious Breakfast

You wake up in the morning (after hitting the snooze button a dozen times), you drag yourself to the bathroom, perform your morning ablutions, brush your teeth and bathe.
