Not only is Nicholas Cage broke and badly off, but now it seems that the once popular hunk has taken to drinking, and quite often at that as well. Last month Cage was arrested in new Orleans for abusing his wife, Alice. Not a pretty sight, especially when a star of Cage’s stature is involved, is it?

So what exactly happened? Orleans was in New Orleans to shoot his new movie called Medallion.

Nicolas and his wife weren’t exactly sure about the address they had rented in town and that brought about a disagreement between them. Cage was drunk at that time and he and his wife were standing in front of a property which he believed was theirs temporarily. He physically hauled her towards it in an attempt to get her inside.

Not satisfied with doing that cage went on a hitting spree, he started hitting parked cars and then even tried to get into a cab! And fortunately for Cage this last attempt was a successful one – he did end up getting inside a taxi.

What followed next was hilarious, the police caught him at it and then asked him to get out of the cab. Cage took offence and then dared the police to arrest him. Obviously that didn’t go down too well, star or not, the police like to be taken a bit seriously! Upon continuous provocation, the cops finally did oblige and arrested him!

However, according to latest reports Cage has been let off the hook. He has been cleared of all charges on grounds that he wasn’t really thinking properly and that he was completely oriented so he can’t be held responsible for his actions, at least not fully! He will not be tried for domestic violence against his wife and nor will he be charged for disrupting the peace in his neighborhood.

The simple reason being the Cage was completely wasted. Want proof? Just check out his mug shot online, the guy didn’t even have his eyes open in it! Yes, that’s how drunk he was! Figures, otherwise he would never have repeatedly taunted the police to arrest him.

Nor would he have refused to head home when his wife tried her best to persuade him to do so. However, the mugshot taken will go down in history as one of the most hilarious celebrity mugshots ever! Hope Nick’s learnt his lesson!

The Beckham family is all set to welcome yet another bundle of joy! It’s a baby girl that they are expecting this time. In order to welcome the baby girl, Victoria Beckham was showered pink baby shower. The showers were bestowed on her by friends Eva Longoria and Ken Paves.

The party was organized at West Hollywood’s Petit L’Ermitage hotel. The party was attended by thirty guests. Some of them were Demi Moore, Nicole Richie, Rachel Zoe, Tana Ramsay and Selma Blair who too is expecting a baby soon.

Victoria Beckham came in at around 12:15 in the afternoon. She was looking very pretty in a pink dress. She was seen first sipping ice tea and having a great time with friends. Her friends patted her baby bump. The theme of the party was pink. The pieces of décor were selected of the same color.

Some flowers used for decorations were light pink hydrangeas, red roses and also pink colored gerber daisies. Around the pool at the rooftop, several pink chairs were placed circling the pool. Then all of them indulged in some great food!

She was very excited and happy. She already had three boys with husband David and is all set to welcome the much desired girl. She was given pink gifts by the guests. Some of the gifts that she received were:

• A pink Quinny Buzz stroller,

• Pink Balboa Baby nursing pillow,

• Pink bathrobe,

• A baby bassinet,

• A stuffed giraffe,

• Books that she will enjoy

• Clothes.

Initially they thought they are going to have a baby boy once again. David Beckham was excited at the thought but Victoria was put down with the news. But then the medical scan said it’s a girl and Victoria was too happy for she thinks that there are already too many men in the family. Finally a baby girl! What a roll for the mum!

As they wait in eager anticipation, they have stated zeroing upon several names for the baby. The boys have taken an upper hand over this. They are great fan of Justin Bieber. When their dad told them that it is a guys name and not suitable for a girl, Romeo immediately came up with the name Justine Bieber Beckham instead of Justin Bieber. Well you can’t prove him wrong with this one, can you David?

We knew Charlie Sheen had problems but looks like there are other people on the show who also have their fair share of problems. The director of Two and a Half Men and also King of Queens is actually getting sued by his ex wife for actually breaking and entering their residence (former) and then posting a nude picture her current boyfriend on her Facebook page.

So the question remains, how did he manage to get a nude picture? Before we get to that, let’s focus on the suit which was filed against him. According t the documents which were filed in the L A Superior Court the defendant named Robert Schiller was accused by his former wife, Barbara Schiller of actually having an affair on July of 2008 when he was in England working on some project. This had led to their divorce shortly after.

According to the terms of their divorce, Robert was apparently barred from entering this couple’s former residence and both of them had gotten joint custody of their children, five of them. The suit continues to state that on the 20th of November 2010, which was sometime after Barbara had started seeing her boyfriend, whose identity is being kept a secret. Robert had managed to enter their house without any permission from her and had hacked into the computer, thereby accessing her Facebook page and hence had found out about the guy. He had also left an entire serious of cell phone messages which were filled with profanity (apparently it would make Mel Gibson blush).

Robert had said on the message that she was a liar who couldn’t even admit that she was in love with her new boyfriend and that she was using Robert to simply get things in life. Hence we come to the nude shot. Now Robert had apparently found that nude photo that night when he was going through her computer. He had then posted this picture on her wall with the title “Lucky Me”. He had also taken a Chanel watch which cost around $11,000.

After finding out about the picture Barbara had gotten the police to his house, where he had owned up. Barbara also says that he tried to buy her silence by buying her a BMW and giving $100,000. She had rejected this and even though Robert did apologise through text she still went through with the lawsuit seeking $1 million for damages.

Taylor Swift has added yet another trophy to her laurels, but the twenty one year old singing sensation has been up to a lot more than just collecting prizes (Entertainer of the Year at the Country Music Awars) of late! Only recently Taylor was heartbroken when beau Jake Gyllenhal broke up with her. Sources close to the couple said that Jake was starting to feel the age difference and had unceremoniously dumped our girl.

But Taylor’s found new love again! In Garret Hedlund! In fact the first time the two went out together was on April 1st. Garret stars in “Tron: Legacy and Country”. He’s 26 – yes there is an age difference there too, but hardly anything compared to the age difference between Jake and Taylor!

The two met at about 8 in the evening and Hedlund came back to his hotel by 12:30. All very proper! In fact prior to this date, the two had been emailing each other for a while and it was Taylor who made the first move by hinting that they get together. But hang on, before you jump to conclusions, out little lady is eager not to rush things. She wants to take the slow and steady path after her break up with Jake.

Taylor’s also been seen recently in the Jay Leno Show. But she was caught on camera laughing at her host! Yes, that’s right. Jey Leno is undoubtedly a really funny guy, but let’s face it, sometimes his jokes do fall flat. Taylor was describing the work she did for Cover Girl recently and how it involved a “leaping couch”.

She explained that she was taught by a coach how to leap onto a couch and at the same time, look beautiful doing it. But when Leno asked her if photographers really act the way they’re portrayed in the media and say things like “Come on baby, give me a smile”, Taylor was completely dumbstruck until Leno finally stopped. Her response? It was hilarious, she laughed at Jay Leno! Not with him, at his joke! Good one, missy!
