So it makes sense for us to target our advertisements and our website to online bingo players between the age of 35 and 54.
Recently, St. Miniver Ltd. did a survey on who was playing the most online bingo on a global scale. Believe it or not, the United States and Japan had the most online bingo players. The United Kingdom came in third. When Parlay Entertainment surveyed the top three online bingo playing countries, they were able to determine that online bingo was a $150 million dollar global market with the United States providing 85% of the revenue. And, online bingo is the fastest growing online gaming market in the United Kingdom.
But there is still only 1% of the land based bingo players that are playing online bingo, which isn’t very much. That’s why Wink Bingo looked into what it would take to bring more people on.
We looked at Parlay’s numbers and the trend among players right now is that our women online bingo players play 50% more than our men. 28% of the forty and over crowd play between midnight and 5am, and the average amount they spend per month is about £120.
